Beth B takes us into the 21st century underground and reveals a secret world where cutting-edge performers are taking hold of a taboo art form, Burlesque, and driving it to extremes that most people have never seen. Operating on the far edge of performance art, these extraordinary artist combine politics, their own nakedness, and physical comedy to challenge our notions of gender, disability and sexuality. EXPOSED takes us on a touching journey into the professional and private lives of these individuals as they question the very concept of "normal." Through them, we get to examine our own inhibition. The performances include the infamous Rose Wood, Julie Atlas Muz, Dirty Martini, Mat Fraser, World Famous *BOB*, Bambi the Mermaid, Bunny Love, James Habacker and Tigger! EXPOSED had its world premiere at the Berlin Film Festival 2013, showed at the Museum of Modern Art, NYC, and has screened in over 30 cities world wide.
