Frederique
Devaux

Frederique Devaux is a French Algerian filmmaker born in Paris. She has been making films since 1980. Since 1976 she has worked with Michel Amarger, with whom she has been directing the documentary series Cinexpérimentaux about research filmmakers since 2000. She is also a lecturer at the cinema department of the University of Marseille where she teaches the history and procedures of different research cinemas.
