Zabaleta

Zabaleta's professional career crosses between the performing arts and the visual arts. His work includes performance, theatrical actions in the public space, the study of action and corporal expression, analogical photography and expanded cinema. His research and implementation of expanded film techniques has found an area of study that begins in the School of Alambique Theatrical Action, continues with the Visual Arts Workshop of Enrique Badaró and later with Fernando López Lage in the fac. Zapaleta's most recent work was displayed in an exhibition at Multiplexado / Zabaleta in the CCE of Montevideo 2016. 

He has exhibited at the III Biennial of Montevideo 2016, XII Biennial of Havana 2015, X Bienal de Salto, 2013; Paralelos Manifesta 8/2010 and 29 Bienal de San Pablo with the project La imagen en llamas by Ángela López Ruiz.
