Victoria Guillem is a media arts educator and experimental non-fiction filmmaker. Victoria's work recontextualizes home movies by blending them with dreamlike experimental sequences mixing field recordings and collages of images.Her work explores themes of family, time, (particularly block universe theory), identity of being a first generation Ecuadorian, growth, disconnect, diaspora and inherited trauma.
