About
After living in New York for 13 years, I moved to Norway in June 2018. It was a very difficult decision to make and so during the last few months in New York I worked on a film to help me process my departure from the city I love so much, and move forward with my decision to start a new life in a very different place.
When one arrives at Gardermoen Airport one must take a train to and from the city. The film footage was shot over a period of 12 months, both in the summer and winter and it is of what would eventually become my home, and the view from the train as I travelled back and forth both physically and mentally questioning whether I should go or stay, before making up my mind.
