Biography

Morrison Gong (b. 1997, China) is a filmmaker whose work explores the interrelation among sexuality, gender and body. Gong is interested in creating a film form which unveils the fascinating qualities of being human: craving, consuming, striving, while tenderness of the heart remaining. Through experimentation of light, projection, shadowplay on bodies, they investigate their erotics, and their female gaze upon the desired subject matter.

Gong's films have been shown at Manhattan Independent Film Festival, Seattle Erotic Cinema Society and Hong Kong Arthouse Film Festival.
