Penelope Wehrli (born 1957) lives presently in Berlin. She is an artist who worked in performance, site specific installation, film, video, from 1980–94 mainly in New York, and also Tel Aviv, Kassel, Berlin. She now works almost exclusively in installation, creating spaces and performances.
