Filmed over the course of several years in New York City, Bogotá, Colombia, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, Luminescence is a 22 minute intensely focused study of light – as mirror, as metaphor, as shadow and as self-reflection. Luminescence is dedicated to the simple yet powerful act of seeing – the poetic transformation of the real world through nuances of intense observation and focused perception that are exposed and expressed inside the camera.
